Cedric a Swiss Citizen and Singapore PR, has been working in Singapore for 15 years, has vast experience and in- depth knowledge in asset management gathered from his time in UBS, Bank Pictet & Cie, and Bank of Singapore. He has Identified funds, negotiated partnerships and distributed investment opportunity amongst his global network of investors across Europe and Asia. He is the co-founder of Blair Road Capital Pte Ltd.

He has accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking, as COO and CFO for Credit Suisse and Julius Baer across Europe, Middle East and Asia. He is the CEO and co-founder of Blair Road Capital Pte. Ltd.

John Carl Ang

Fund Director

John serves as the President/CEO of East Paragon Development Corporation and holds the distinction of being the founder of several companies. He earned a business degree from De La Salle University and possesses over a decade of valuable business experience. With a strategic focus, he aims to diversify his investment portfolio by establishing a real estate development firm with a robust operational infrastructure and comprehensive service offerings. Additionally, he is the nephew of the esteemed Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at a leading bank in the Philippines.

Jay Bautista

Fund Director

Jay currently holds the esteemed position of Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy CFO at a 2 Billion USD Hedge Fund in New York, USA. During rapid growth, he played a pivotal role in establishing and developing the accounting and operations team. His efforts led to the firm's impressive expansion from USD 770 million to USD 2.1 billion within 12 months. He was also an assistant controller in fund accounting and operations, a senior fund accountant, and a senior associate in several reputable finance companies, serving a diverse clientele. He obtained a degree and completed a 5-year honors program master’s at Fordham University.

He is well-versed in the various aspects of finance, including audit, capital raising, system development and has been involved in several M&A transactions, with the most recent valued at more than $120 M.
